Helping to develop the IT Services Export
Like many developing countries, Iran faces unemployment, especially among the educated. In addition, information and communication technology has a high share of the unemployed among all fields. However, one of the cheapest and fastest ways out of the unemployment crisis is employment in the platform of information and communication technology.
This issue, along with currency exchange and the lack of need for the complexity of the production of physical goods, has led various countries to prioritize IT services export. In 2016, the total IT outsourcing market volume exceeded $ 100 billion, which is equivalent to 10% of the global IT services market volume. Although Iran's conditions are favorable for the outsourcing of IT services, this capacity has not been yet used as it should be.
