Digital Government
Developments in the digital world have brought about some changes in the concept of governance of governments, including improving public service delivery, data-driven governance, and governments responding by creating transparency and gaining public trust. Using digital tools, governments can create a direct link to people and respond to their needs according to individual constraints. The ability to record and process digital data over time provides a consistent and advanced tool to meet the different needs of society. The production, dissemination and sharing of data between different organizations and departments of digital government creates a flexible mechanism that operates seamlessly in service delivery.
Reducing unnecessary bureaucracy, generating wealth and improving living conditions, achieving accurate measurements of the quantity and quality of administrative services, increasing innovation, empowering citizens, and using artificial intelligence and machine analysis capabilities to provide services are some of the benefits of e-government. Creating big leaps in different sectors such as agriculture and food supply, health care, economic and commercial activities, transportation, energy, education, security, etc. is possible with digital models, data and infrastructure.
The Digital Government Division tries to help establish e-government in Iran through domestic and international cooperation and to provide its equipment and infrastructure.

- Help remove barriers to the development of Internet businesses
- Contribute to deregulation by relying on digital transformation standards
